Community Rules
We want a server where people can play fair and chill. Respect others and help us keep the community clean.
These rules apply to the game, Discord, and the website.
Age (15+)
- This service is intended for users aged 15+.
- By registering, you confirm that you are at least 15 years old.
1) Respect and communication
- Zero hate: no racism, discrimination, hate speech, or extremist content.
- Targeted aggression is forbidden: no insults, harassment, or vulgar language aimed at a person or group based on race, nationality, gender, orientation, religion/beliefs, or origin.
- No harassment: threats, doxxing, stalking, and targeted bullying = punishment.
- Chat/Discord: flaming, provoking drama, and personal attacks against players or staff are not tolerated.
- Spam: flooding, advertising, and intentional conflict-baiting are forbidden.
2) Fair play
- Cheats/bots: forbidden (automation, botting, scripts, cheat engine, etc.).
- Bypassing limits: any attempt to bypass website/game security or server rules is forbidden.
- Scams: account theft, phishing, and attempts to obtain credentials are forbidden.
- Impersonation: pretending to be staff/GM is forbidden. Staff will never ask for your password or codes.
- RMT: real money trading outside the official server system is forbidden.
3) Bugs and abuse
- Bug report = safe path: if you report a bug, you won’t be punished for finding it.
- Bug abuse: knowingly exploiting bugs (farm, dupe, bypassing rules) = punishment.
- Economy protection: for serious issues, staff may temporarily disable content or apply fixes/rollbacks.
4) Names and content (characters/clans/chat)
- Forbidden content: it is forbidden to write, share, or promote hate, racism, discrimination, or extremist content.
- Names: offensive, racist, hateful, or extremist names (characters, clans, titles) are forbidden.
- Symbols and “gestures”: references, slogans, symbols, or any expressions that support hate or extremism are forbidden (in-game and on Discord).
5) Accounts and security
- Responsibility: you are responsible for your account and everything done on it. Account sharing is at your own risk.
- Security: use a strong password and never share it with anyone.
- VIP/wallet: attempts to abuse currencies, transactions, or VIP systems = punishment.
6) Dualbox / multiple clients
- Dualbox is not allowed – by default, only 1 client per player is allowed.
- Exception: only Premium may use 2 clients (dualbox) as a hardcore bonus.
- Abuse: bypassing rules (VPN, multiple accounts, “friend’s account”, etc.) may result in punishment.
7) Offline mode (.offline)
- QoL benefit: the .offline command is available only for VIP / Premium.
- It enables offline trade and possibly offline buff shop (if the server supports it).
- Without VIP/Premium, offline mode does not work (the player must stay online).
- Server protection: staff may temporarily limit offline mode during maintenance or in case of abuse.
8) Donate / VIP / Premium (important)
- VIP/Premium is not a purchase of goods: it is a voluntary contribution to support server operation and the project.
- No warranty: this is a community project – we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and we are not liable for downtime, rollbacks, or technical issues.
- Refunds/claims: contributions are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may be handled individually only in case of a proven server/web error.
- No RMT: selling currencies/items/accounts outside the official system is forbidden and staff will not protect or mediate such deals.
- At your own risk: any private “player-to-player” deals are at your own risk – we provide no guarantee, support, or arbitration.
9) What we do not handle (support scope)
- Client-side losses: losses caused by client crashes, lag, internet outages, hardware problems, or player-side issues are generally not compensated.
- Private agreements: disputes from player trades outside the official system are not handled.
10) Rule changes and staff decisions
- Updates: rules may be adjusted as the server evolves. Changes will be announced on the website and/or Discord.
- Evidence: staff resolves incidents based on evidence and logs (screenshots / video / system records).
Final (agreement and responsibility)
- Personal responsibility: each player is fully responsible for their behavior, account, and all actions performed on their account.
- Agreement: by using the server and website, you confirm you have read and agree to these rules.
- Disagreement: if you do not agree with the rules, do not use the server and do not register an account.
- Enforcement: staff may issue mutes/bans for rule violations and will act based on evidence and logs.
Tip: for reporting issues, use the ticket system. We aim to resolve things as quickly and transparently as possible.
